noeloraz.com is operated by HYPER ROUTE COMMERCE LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States, with its registered office at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110. In these terms, "we", "us" and "noeloraz" mean that company. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We ship only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

2. Products, descriptions and images

We describe each item as accurately as we can, using measurements and specifications provided by our suppliers. Screens render color differently, and denim washes vary slightly between production runs, so the shade you receive may differ a little from the photograph. Measurements may vary by up to one inch because denim is cut and sewn by hand.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. The price shown on the product page includes import duties, and nothing further is collected from you by the carrier on delivery. We are not currently registered to collect U.S. sales tax, so no sales tax is added at checkout; if that changes, any tax due will be calculated and shown to you at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete checkout.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it, not that we accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund you in full — where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, where we cannot verify the payment or delivery address, or where the order appears fraudulent or is for resale.

You may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, see our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The noeloraz name, the site design and the text on this site belong to HYPER ROUTE COMMERCE LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break any law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it by automated means, or to submit false information at checkout.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under U.S. consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing, USPS and FedEx for delivery, and Shopify to host this store. Their terms apply to the parts of the transaction they handle.
