Sizing and fit
How do I choose a size? Every product page carries its own size chart with waist and hip measurements in inches. Measure a pair of jeans you already own and lay them flat, then match those numbers to the chart. Do not order by the size number alone — denim sizing is not consistent between brands.
What do the rise names mean? High rise sits at or above the navel, mid rise sits just below it, low rise sits on the hip. The rise is listed on every product page.
Do you carry plus sizes? One style, our high waisted baggy wide leg, is graded from 1X through 5X. Every other style runs in the size range shown in the dropdown on its product page, and the sizes shown there are the sizes we can ship.
What is the difference between wide leg, baggy and barrel? Wide leg is straight and wide from the hip down. Baggy is loose everywhere, including the seat. Barrel is roomy through the thigh and narrows again at the hem, so it reads cropped even when it is not.
Are the jeans stretchy? It depends on the style. Styles described as stretch denim contain elastane; styles described as cotton denim have little or no give. The description on each product page states which.
Orders and shipping
How long until my order arrives? 3 to 5 business days to process, then 8 to 12 business days in transit. Total: 11 to 17 business days. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Where does my order ship from? Our partner warehouse in China. We do not hold stock in the United States.
What does shipping cost? A flat $7.95 per order. Free on orders of $60.00 or more, calculated after any discount is applied.
Where do you ship? The 48 contiguous United States only. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box? Yes. Orders to a P.O. Box are sent by USPS, because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Will I be charged customs or duties on delivery? No. Import duties are already included in the price on the product page and no sales tax is added at checkout.
Can I cancel? Yes, within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours the order has entered fulfillment and cannot be cancelled — you can still return it once it arrives.
Returns and refunds
How long do I have? 30 days from the day the parcel is delivered to you.
Do I pay to return? No. We email you a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee.
Do I get the original $7.95 shipping back? Not if you simply changed your mind. If the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, you are refunded in full including that $7.95.
How long does the refund take? We issue it within 5 to 7 business days of the warehouse receiving your return. Your bank or card issuer then takes a further 3 to 10 business days to post it.
Caring for your denim
Wash cold, inside out, with similar colors, and hang to dry. Heat is what shrinks denim and fades a wash. Dark washes will lose some indigo on the first two or three washes — wash them separately.
